1704 Gilsinn Ln.Fenton, MO 63026

What are your hours?

My office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

On occasion, arranged meetings outside regular hours are possible.

How long are sessions?
Sessions are 60 minutes (50 minutes of therapy and 10 minutes of therapist documentation).
What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you do not cancel your session within 24 hours, you will be billed at the full hourly rate. I ask for the courtesy of 24-hours’ notice to allow me enough time to offer your time slot to someone who would otherwise have to wait.

How do I get started?
You’re ready to set sail! Go ahead and fill out the form below, and I’ll contact you. Or you can call or shoot me a text, and we’ll get the ball rolling!
What populations do you see?
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples.
The door is closed. Should I knock?

Nope. There is a waiting room just through the door. Come on in and have a seat on one of the couches.

Make a cup of coffee or grab a bottle of water; then, have a seat and relax to the soothing sounds of smooth jazz.

What will therapy be like with you?

First, you’ll get to sit on a super comfy couch. More importantly, though, you’ll get my undivided compassion.

We’ll discuss your concerns using a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other modalities.

We’ll exchange the maladaptive patterns for healthier alternatives, and your confidence will grow through increased levels of authenticity and repeated successes.

Do I have to tell you my secrets?

You are in the captain’s chair on our journey, so I won’t make you do anything you don’t want to do.

Once we’ve developed trust, you’ll no longer feel as if you’re airing your dirty laundry; instead, you’ll speak your truth, secure in the knowledge that I’ll never judge you.

What if I cry?

No need to worry! I keep a stash of Puffs with Lotion just for this occasion. You may cry during a session, but you’ll never leave with a raw nose!

In all seriousness, tears can be a valuable part of therapy, and it’s best to embrace them. You need to release those emotions, and we’ll process everything that happens.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I do. We can meet in my office or, if preferred or necessary, virtually with HIPPA-compliant video software.
Will I have to do stuff between our sessions?
Yes, but I don’t want you to have flashbacks to school. My homework will involve simple tasks for you to practice during the week, which enhance our work during the session. And I promise there won’t be any essays to write!
Can I bring something to drink into my session?
Of course, you can bring your favorite beverage with you! You’re also more than welcome to make a free cup of coffee or grab a cold bottle of water from the refrigerator.
Do you like long walks on the beach?
Ehh… I prefer short to medium-length walks.
